I am a NY-state licensed psychotherapist in private practice with a focus on helping couples and families overcome challenges, reduce conflict and develop fulfilling relationships.
I grew up in New York, and studied comparative religion in Oregon before becoming a clinical social worker. I previously worked in community-based settings with people in crisis and their families, where I developed a passion for systemic family therapy.
My practice is informed by a decade of experience and advanced training, with certificates in systemic-psychoanalytic couples therapy and psychodynamic therapy from the William Alanson White Institute, and in Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy for substance misuse, as well as additional training in structural family therapy and Open Dialogue.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and dog.
I help couples and families experiencing repetitive conflicts to achieve meaningful change and develop fulfilling relationships, grounded in a decade of experience and systemic and psychodynamic approaches.
